WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

We provide free shipping to orders’ total amount above $100 worldwide.

Orders of $0-$150 would get regular shipping, which takes about 20-30 business days for delivery.

Orders above $150 would be upgraded to fast shipping, which takes about 7-10 business days for delivery.

into the shopping cart if your order is under $50 or you want to upgrade delivery grades.

We have 3 grades of shipping.

$15 regular shipping: delivering in 20-30 business days

$50 fast shipping: delivering in 7-10 business days

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

WHERE DOES  DELIVER?

We provide shipping worldwide, mainly to North Americ. In the U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

If you could not find your parcel while it shows delivered. You could contact us for local tracking and delivery support. E.g. the UPS company would start investigation and respond you within 14 business days, we would refund or resent a new parcel according to the result and your will.
